What Is IELTS ?

The International English Language Testing System, which is popularly known as IELTS and more famous by its abbreviation, is an English Language proficiency test which is very important for those students who are from non-native English speaking countries and want to study or move to a native speaking country. IELTS is widely accepted by all or many Universities in UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. 

It is a mandatory test for study in Australia. This means you have to clear IELTS with required band score if you want are aiming at Australian universities. Other countries may require, either of IELTS or TOEFL.
